DHA had previously worked with a larger Managed Service Provider (MSP) but as they moved into their next stage of growth, they wanted to focus on a technology partner who could offer greater personal attention, clearer guidance, and a more hands‑on approach to supporting their business.

The solution 

When DHA joined us, we focused on simplifying and modernising the way their IT operated day‑to‑day. We reviewed their setup end‑to‑end and began streamlining processes to make everything run more smoothly and efficiently. A key part of this was identifying opportunities to reduce unnecessary spend, whether through smarter licensing, better connectivity, or removing outdated services.  

We also designed a bespoke app to replace an outdated and costly system that had been holding them back. By building a tool tailored to their needs through our Future Workplace service, we helped create more efficient processes, reduce ongoing expense, and improve outcomes for the team.
