Supporting The Passage through scalable, modern IT

The team at The Passage initially approached us about outsourcing some of their day-to-day IT operations activities. The internal IT team were looking to balance the essential support needs of the organisation with more strategic, future focused work.

They needed a more scalable support model, a modernised infrastructure, and a partnership that could work seamlessly alongside their internal team.

The solution 

The Passage began working with us via our WorkTogether Companion service, meaning the Select Technology team now triages and resolves the majority of incoming tickets, ensuring fast response times and reducing operational strain on the internal team.

This shift has allowed the organisation’s IT staff to dedicate more time to high value projects, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.

Working collaboratively, we have also helped transition their IT environment to a fully cloud based, serverless setup using Microsoft 365. This modernisation improved reliability and security. We have also supported the organisation to achieve Cyber Essentials accreditation for the first time.

Through our partnership, the organisation now benefits from a more resilient, secure, and scalable IT foundation, one that supports its ongoing growth and enables its team to focus on delivering meaningful impact.
