We are honoured to announce that we have been named winners of the Excellence in Customer Service 2020/21 award at the Kent Invicta Chamber Business Awards on Thursday 18th November. This accolade in particular means so much to us because our team always strive to put customer experience at the centre of everything we do, and it has always been a key focus for the business ever since Nigel founded Select Technology in 1994.
In order to have a chance of winning we completed a written entry followed by a visit from the judges and sponsors of the award, Azets. Rick Schofield, Partner in Azets’ Ashford, Kent office said,
