IT Support Panel
We’ve made it easy peasy to get hold of us if you’re having an IT issue or need our assistance with IT Support Panel. You can use it to quickly and easily log a ticket with our service desk directly from your desktop – simply open it up by clicking the symbol in your system tray. You may be prompted to verify your email address the first time you log a ticket.

You can also download the IT Support Panel on your mobile Just search for “ITSupportPanel” in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
This will automatically create a ticket, ready for one of our skilled engineers to work on.
This will get you through to our triage team, who will be able to log a ticket for you and dispatch it to one of our helpful engineers.
