Baseline testing
Before starting the training programme, we will conduct a baseline testing to asses the Phish-prone percentage of your users. We will create a simulated phishing, vishing or smishing attack and analyse how many of your employees have been tricked by these emails. This will help you understand clearly how your employees can cause a security breach and assess where you are at with IT security.
Training your users
Once we have assessed how at risk you are, you will gain access to the largest online library of security awareness training content, focusing on different elements of cyber security. A comprehensive and user-friendly programme, our training is delivered through interactive modules and include video lessons, games and newsletters to remind your users to continue their training. Automated training campaigns with scheduled reminder emails are also included and will give you the peace of mind to know your employees are constantly refreshing their skills and keeping on top of cyber security threats.
Modules are 5, 15, 25 and 45 minutes long, depending on the subjects they cover and clearly explain the mechanisms of spam, phishing, spear-phishing, malware and social engineering. Employees are tested throughout the process, through short comprehension tests and scenario-based exercises. This will give you a clear performance indicator and give you the peace of mind to know that your business is secure and your weakest link has been eliminated.
