Our IT consultancy process
When you get in touch with our Professional Services team, or our Digital Transformation Consultant identifies an issue or opportunity, we follow our tried and tested IT consultancy process. This step-by-step guide demonstrates how we’ll collaboratively work with you to ensure your IT project is planned, managed and deployed efficiently and effectively.
Once the project has been approved, our engineers will work with you to implement the agreed IT improvements and deliver clear results. Your Implementation Engineer will keep you posted throughout the process to ensure you know exactly what’s going on.
2. Produce a Proposal
From this initial consultation, your Technical Solutions Architect will have all the information needed to devise a Proposal which will clearly layout our recommended solution and approach. We will present this back to you for your review and once agreed, the proposal will be signed-off in principle.
3. Technical deep-dive by an Implementation Engineer
Next, the project is handed over to one of our highly qualified Implementation Engineers who will conduct a full technical deep dive and due diligence testing phase to validate the proposed solution and fully plan the work required.
4. Project Brief and timeline produced
Once the proposal has been validated, a detailed Project Brief is produced, which demonstrates how we will be achieving the desired outcomes, what to expect throughout the project as well as a defined timeline of key project milestones.
5. Implementation
Once the project has been approved, our engineers will work with you to implement the agreed IT improvements and deliver clear results. Your Implementation Engineer will keep you posted throughout the process to ensure you know exactly what’s going on.
